Community Ambulance Franchise Task Tracking: The purpose of this area is to provide a view of all of the deliverables prior to the effective date date of the agreement. Las Vegas Fire & Rescue personnel will need to modify the status of each section as deliverables are provided by the Franchisee and/or completed internally.
Community Ambulance Franchise Final Documents: The purpose of this area is for the Franchisee and Las Vegas Fire & Resuce personnel to add required documents prior to the December 01, 2015 effective date and to capture ALL future documents such as monthly reports and other required reporting items due during the life of the agreement.
